The prices of our services are availble to the users on our web page, and are accessed directly on selecting each service. Transport expenses have to be added to these prices, depending on the distance.
General Conditions
These general conditions regulate the use of all the services and sectiones that fotodekora offers to its users of internet and to the public in general. For the simple use of the web, the visitor automatically converts in user and expresses full aceptance of the general conditions unreservedly and is subject to all particular conditions, to warnings and regulationes. The user of Fotodekora should carefully read the rules and regulations before access and use of any service of the web, under your own responsability. These general conditions can be regularly updated or modified without notice
Application territory of service
The application scope of the services that Fotodekora offers covers all European Union territory.
Comunication with users: Fotodekora can get in touch with those who have made an order to monitor it.
As a general rule, Fotodekora will only send information to those who have specifically asked for it . However, Fotodekora can send via e-mail newsletters on its contents and services, that could contain publicity.
Payment
Fotodekora offers payment with credit card through a secure payment gateway (La Caixa). Because of the fact that your product is unique and personalised, the payment must be made upfront, and no changes, returns or refunds are allowed.
Dispatchment and delivery
The time of delivery depends on the type of order placed, being a time of approximately 15 days. We do not deliver on Saturdays nor on holidays. Fotodekora choose how to conduct the delivery in the most appropiate way possible. This applies regardless of the class of shipping, even when it is Fotodekora who bear the shipping costs. The user will be obliged to check the contents of the delivery in the moment that they receive it and to inform us immediatly of any complaints that they may have.
Intellectual property rights
The user assumes the responsabilty of the contents of the images sent and garantees that he is the sole holder of all rights that exist over the pictures sent by him. The user garantees that he does not infringe on the rights of third persons or objects represented in the pictures and will assume the liability for any infringements on intellectual property rights,
The user will keep all the rights and obligations over all the documents that has given to Fotodekora.com. Although, through the order we will have the right to use and modify the documents for the correct realization of the order
Illegal material and correct use of service
The user undertakes to use the web, the sections, the services and the contents in accordance with the law, the morality, and public order. The user will refrain from use for illicit purposes, contrary to the general conditions or prejudicial to the rights and interests of third parties or in anyway damage them, or violate the values or dignity of the person. The access and use of the information on the web is exclusivly the responsability of the person who uses it.
Fotodekora doesn´t control, and doesn´t have an obligation to control, the use of the web and its services that the user does, not being in any way responsible for any consequence, or damage of any nature that might arise from the incorrect, inappropiate or inadequate use of the web or its services. Fotodekora reserves the right to suspend the service and/or the right to deny access at any time and without the need of prior notice, if the user's behavior is contrary to or breach of the terms that will apply. If a service has been cancelled, Fotdekora will keep the information stored for 5 working days, after which we will block and erase it, without you being able to require any responsability.
Other general conditions of contract
The user expressly agrees to leave fotodekora exempt from any liability related to the quality, accuracy, updating and reliability, correction of data and programes, information or opinions, that moves through network or through the networks that can be accessed through La Cocina Digital. For the effectiveness of the services that Fotodekora provide, the user agrees to give us updated information and to fill in properly and truthfully the petition forms and all its fields, and also to communicate to us any changes that may occur. If not, Fotdekora can not garantee you all the services offered through our website. The user of the service expressly recognises the exclusive ownership of Fotodekora on any copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, arising from the use of trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs, of the page that supports all services and content of its Web. That way, the user agrees to use such information exclusively for their own needs and not to perform or suggest activities prohibited by law, nor to do or suggest, directly or indirectly, a commercial exploitation of services and contents that you have access to, or of the results obtained thanks to the use of the website of La Cocina Digital. It is strictly prohibited, whatever the means used for this purpose, the use, communication, the distribution and the publication of direct links or links of any of the sections of Fotodekora without previous written authorisation from us.
Fotodekora will not take responsability for posible security errors nor the possible damage that might be caused to the user's computer system(hardware and software), the files or documents stored , as a consecuence of the presence of a virus, a malfunction of the browser or the use of non-updated versions of the same. fotodekora under no circumstances will resonsable of improper operation of the service, nor for damage caused if we are unable to provide the service and/or contents.
Any disputes or conflicts arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these general conditions shall be settled by arbitration through the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo. The user and Fotodekora expressly notes its commitment to diligently take note of the decision of this system.
When you send your picture, you can see the result simulated in real time. You can also make some adjustments, such as zooming, framing, effects, ect......
You can save your photos to do the tests that you want, keeping your personal album without having to upload the photos more than once. To do this, you only have to register with Fotodekora.com.
