What happens if the printing does not arrive in perfect condition?

Fotodekora promises to replace the picture frame as long as it is a mistake in manufacturing or transport. In which case the forwarding costs will be at the expense of Fotodekora

Can the product be returned?

Due to the fact that each picture frame is totally personalised and unique, it is not possible to return the product. Besides you can visualise at any time how your picture frame is going to be, that way there will be no unwelcome suprises when you receive your picture frame.

What guarantee does Fotodekora offer me?

On the one hand we offer the guarantee of a job well done, because you can visualise at all times how your print is going to turn out and that way you wont be surprised when your picture frame is delivered to your house. On the other hand, the inks used are UV of top quality and resistant to light, and besides we have transport insurance for if there were any problems during transport.

Is payment through this web page safe?

Yes, the payment is done through the server “la Caixa”, today, one of the safest in European Union for payyment with credit card.

How can i be sure that the image has sufficient quality?

Fotodekora has a a warning system for when an image is exported from a remote file. We get a warning note that the image does not have sufficient quality for the process to be right. Besides your can visualise at all times how the final image is going to be through a simulation.

What format is the most appropiate for the best printing?

Although we have a wide range of image formats (TIFF,GIF,EPS,JPG.....) we work only with JPG because of its universality. This is a format that when the resolution lowers, what it really does is reduce the amount of colours from its palette, for this reason, so that the image is the best possible, we recomend that you keep to 72ppp in the size of the print. If your not sure how to calculate this, dont worry, Fotodekora does this on-line and we let you know if it doesn´t fulfil the requirements.
